It’s the PEAR-fect time to visit the Delta town of Courtland! Here are some things to know before you go:
🍐 Parking is $20 CASH. If you need to pay card, please do so on our Zeffy before you come - https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/2026-pear-fair
🍐 Pay attention to no parking signs! There is no parking allowed on the levee road or on private property (without permission). The only official Pear Fair parking, is down Magnolia Ave.
🍐 WE ID EVERYONE! Please have a valid ID on you if you plan to partake in our adult beverages, thank you! 😉
🍐 Highway 160 is a two lane levee road - it can get backed up getting into the fair. Please be patient, safe, and kind! If you’re trying to make it before the parade at 1pm, be sure to come early!

Courtland was established in 1872 in the heart of the California Delta along the Sacramento River. Courtland has a rich agricultural tradition, most notably farming pears, and the town plays host to the annual Pear Fair, always the last Sunday in July. Still surrounded by family farms, Courtland is truly a special place.

Please join our regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the Courtland Town Association which are typically held on the third Wednesday in January, April, July & October at 6:30pm at the Courtland Library.
